2.1 Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
2.2 Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
• In original packaging, with tags attached.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect:
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
2.4 How to Start a Return
Email novapathglobal@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
2.5 Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
2.6 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
2.7 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
2.8 International Orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. Please contact us before returning an international order.
